The Odd Years

~~January – White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. White Chocolate on sweetened graham crust covered with a white chocolate ganache, raspberry coolie and decorated with fresh raspberries.

February – Chocolate Raspberry Supreme. Ultra creamy cheesecake with a chocolate crust and chocolate raspberry sauce & whip

March – JMO Minty Delight. Mint Chocolate Cheesecake with, with mint cookie crust & mint/chocolate drizzle topping.

April – Strawberry ½ & ½ Cheesecake. Chocolate cookie crust topped with layer of strawberry New York cheesecake and then a layer of vanilla New York Cheesecake, strawberry coolie and beautifully garnished with chocolate dipped strawberries.

May – I.J. Dutch Apple Cheesecake. Creamy vanilla cheesecake on spiced graham crust topped with caramel crème, apple coolie and streusel.

June – EB’s Bananas Foster. Sweetened graham crust beneath a mild banana liqueur flavored cheesecake topped with puréed bananas foster style coolie and garnish with vanilla cream.

July – Tiramisu Cheesecake. Vanilla cookie crust soaked in rum espresso, dusted with chocolate cookie crust under a vanilla layer of cheesecake, beneath an espresso cheesecake layer, under a chocolate espresso ganache and chocolate espresso whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

August – Chocolate Razz Rush. Chocolate cookie crust under a raspberry layer of cheesecake topped with a chocolate raspberry layer of cheesecake beneath a raspberry coolie and garnished with white chocolate raspberry whipped cream.

September – The Six Layer. Chocolate cookie crust topped by a vanilla cookie layer beneath layers of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cheesecake beautifully garnished with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla whipped cream. October – Turtle Top Brownie Bottom. Fudge brownie bottom beneath a creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with chocolate praline whipped topping, chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, chopped pecans and more chocolate praline whipped cream.

November – Pumpkin Marble or Sweet Potato Marble with a Ginger Pecan Crust. Ginger pecan crust topped with pumpkin or sweet potato cheesecake marbled with vanilla cheesecake and beautifully garnished with spiced whipped cream.

December – Egg Nog Cheesecake. Spiced wafer crust beneath rich eggnog cheesecake and garnished with a butter rum eggnog whipped cream and dusted with nutmeg.


The Even Years

~~January – The Polar Bear. White chocolate caramel swirl cheesecake on a sweet vanilla crust topped with white chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, caramel whipped cream and white chocolate accents.

February – Strawberries & Cream. Creamy vanilla cheesecake on top of a sweetened graham crust garnished with vanilla whip cream, strawberry coolie and fresh strawberries.

March – Irish Cream Hazelnut Crunch. Creamy Irish Cream liqueur cheesecake on top of a sweet & buttery graham hazelnut crust, topped with Irish Cream whipped cream and dusted with crushed hazelnuts.

April – Carrot Cake Bottom. Super moist traditional style carrot cake {contains walnuts, coconut & pineapple} and lies beneath an ultra creamy vanilla cheesecake layer that is topped with housemade vanilla whipped cream and dusted lightly with cinnamon.

May – Banana Delight. Fudge brownie bottom with ½ layer banana cheesecake and ½ layer caramel cheesecake topped with caramel vanilla whipped cream, caramel & chocolate drizzle and banana chips.

June – Tropical Cheesecake. Lemon coconut cake bottom topped with an orange cheesecake, then a pineapple coolie layer, housemade coconut vanilla whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

July – Chocolate Peanut Butter. Fudge brownie bottom with a creamy peanut butter cheesecake, topped with chocolate ganache, chocolate peanut butter whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce and chopped peanut butter cups.

August – All Caramel Cheesecake. Vanilla wafer crust under a caramel cheesecake with caramel swirls, topped with caramel whipped topping and drizzled with caramel sauce.

September – Almost Almond Joy. Fudge & almond brownie bottom crust under a coconut flavored cheesecake topped with a chocolate coconut ganache, coconut whip cream, chopped almonds, drizzled with chocolate sauce and chopped pieces of Almond Joy candy.

October – Peach Crisp Cheesecake. Spiced graham crust under a creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with peaches and a cinnamon sweet oat crisp top and edged with vanilla whipped cream.
