I, Tamara Josey, owner and chef truly love serving people. I also realized that while spending only a little of myself I could bring priceless joy to the hearts of my clients and their guests. I have done miraculous things from this home grown business and have enjoyed them all. I have since obtained my associates degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management with honors from J & A Institute of Culinary Arts in Philadelphia where I won the "Rising Star of Philadelphia Award" for my "Strawberry Stuffed Apple Cheesecake" dessert dish. As part of my Degree Program I completed two interships: I was the Pastry Assistant at a fine dining establishment, Pompeii in Dowtown Philadelphia and I aslo interned in the Temple University Catering Department. I have over ten years experience in the hospitality industry, 6 spent in management, including time as a banquet manager of the Anchorage Hilton Hotel. Catered Blessings may have started small, but the desire to satisfy each of our clients needs is still very big.
